THE 5 DAILY CHALLENGE RULES

  • Break a sweat for at least 15 minutes a day- (UNLIMITED access to the DSC Group Strength and Conditioning Classes included)

  • Follow the nutrition plan.

  • Drink 90 ounces of water per day.
