We have 10 spots for fun seeking kiddos who want to have fun while getting stronger, more agile, powerful and fast! Our 10 week Youth Performance camps are for all fitness levels age 9-14 every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30-7:30.

WHO ARE WE

LOOKING FOR?​

Your kids do not need to be in good shape to start. This program is designed for beginners!

    • Build foundational strength through playful, coach-guided exercises that teach proper form while keeping kids engaged and having fun. Our experienced coaches make safety their top priority.

    • ​Boost confidence through age-appropriate power training and coordination drills, letting kids discover their own strength in a supportive, non-competitive environment.

    • ​End each session with guided cooldown activities that teach kids the importance of recovery and body awareness - skills they'll carry forward in all their athletic pursuits.
