WHO ARE WE

LOOKING FOR?​

Your kids do not need to be in good shape to start. This program is designed for beginners!

    • Build foundational strength through playful, coach-guided exercises that teach proper form while keeping kids engaged and having fun. Our experienced coaches make safety their top priority.

    • ​Boost confidence through age-appropriate power training and coordination drills, letting kids discover their own strength in a supportive, non-competitive environment.

    • ​End each session with guided cooldown activities that teach kids the importance of recovery and body awareness - skills they'll carry forward in all their athletic pursuits.

    • Have fun and make friends!
